Affiliations Policy
I used to be strictly against any affiliation deals on Travel-Lists, fearing that it would compromise my independence to take a commission/referral fee when visitors click on listed links.
Now I take a more pragmatic view.
The rule is:
If I find that a company I already list has a suitable affiliation scheme, I will use it. I absolutely will NOT list a company because it has an affiliation scheme.

Just to be clear....
Advertisements
Most or all of these companies (above) appear in display advertisements on Travel-Lists. If you click on the ad and take some action - IE. book a holiday or order a brochure - I may receive a commission (each affiliation deal is different).
Listings
Likewise, sometimes, if they appear in text in the actual lists or on other pages (eg. Bargains), when you click on them I may receive a commission if you go on to order something. I'm completely transparent about it. I mark those affiliate-linked listings with a(£) or
sign, just so you know...even though it makes no practical or financial difference to you.
