Appendix 1 - Submissions to the Directory
Details of companies and organisations may be submitted to Us for possible inclusion in the Site, subject to the following Terms & Conditions which are laid out here as an appendix to the main Terms & Conditions. The person who is making such a submission is refered to hereafter as the "Submitter" or "You".
i) Reliability of Submission
You affirm that You are expressly authorised to make such a submission on behalf of the company or organisation that is the subject of the submission, and that all information supplied by You is accurate and up-to-date at the time of the submission.
You accept all responsibility and liability for any specific information supplied by You which is then, in good faith, published on this Site by Us.
ii) Review and Acceptance
You agree that before making your submission you have carefully read the description of the list to which You are applying for inclusion, and that You understand the broad criteria on which companies and organisations are matched for inclusion.
On payment of a fee by the Submitter, We agree to diligently review the information supplied, and any relevant information provided at the nominated website, before making a judgement as to the suitability of the submission for inclusion in the nominated list, or any lists and associated notes on this Site. We agree to notify You of that judgement within 3-10 days of your submission.
You agree that the fee paid by You is a one-off payment for review only and has no influence on our decision to accept or reject your submission in the first instance, nor on any subsequent editorial judgements we may make concerning your submission.
You agree that our decision to accept or reject your submission is final and not open to arbitration or appeal.
iii) Refund Policy
As a guesture of goodwill only, the Company agrees to refund the review fee in full in the event of your submission being rejected. This policy may be changed at any time without notice.
The Company will also accept claims for a full refund made within a 'cooling off' period of 7 days from the date of submission. Claims must be made in writing to the registered office address (above).
iv) Editorial Control
The Company retains the right to edit all pages on the Site as it sees fit. The description of an organisation and its services may or may not include information supplied by the Submitter. A submission that has been accepted may be, at any time, updated, moved to a more suitable list, or, if the services offered by the organisation materially change, may be deleted.
The Company also retains the right to change its mind about the value of a submission at a later date and remove it from the Site. If such a removal, not due to there being any change of service on the part of the organisation, takes place less than a year from the date of inclusion, as a gesture of goodwill, the submitter will be entitled to a part-refund, pro rata, of the review fee. Claims must be made in writing to the registered office address (above).
Appendix 2 - Privacy Statement

The Company does not gather information about visitors for any other purpose than statistical analysis of usage by 'unique visitors', and such information is restricted only to the tracking of IP addresses through cookies.
The Company does not encourage the use of cookies, and both disapproves & disallows the use of any forms of 'spyware' or 'malware', by advertisers but is unable to guarantee that all advertisments placed on the site by third parties are free from such software.

Personal information about people who pay to submit websites for review is restricted to name and email address only, plus cardholder name & address details as reported to us by our bankers. The Company keeps such information only for the purpose of site administration. This information is not shared with any third party, not sold, and not used for marketing purposes.
