The price now starts from £499 per person including four nights accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, transfers and return flights to Marrakech.

Vintage Travel (0845 344 0420) are offering savings of up to £55 in May on a week's rental of Kiparissi - a two bedroom, three bathroom house sleeping four on the Ionian island of Kefalonia.

This maximum saving is valid for the week commencing 4 May and means the week's rental is now £395. Or from 11 and 18 May, there's a £45 reduction which means the revised rental is £450 and £550 respectively.

Return UK flights and car hire are not included, but can be arranged independently or through the company on request.

Vacansoleil (08700 778 779) is offering free night deals - 'seven-nights-for-the-price-of-five' and '14-nights-for-the-price-of-seven' - on camping holidays at Le California campsite at St Jean de Monts in the Vendee region of France this Spring Bank Holiday.

These deals mean, for example, that for holidays completed between 12 and 31 May (including May half-term) a seven-night stay - for a family of up to six - in a fully equipped tent now costs £265 per party. Alternatively, the revised price of a 14-night stay at this time is now £291.

These prices include midweek return Dover-Calais SeaFrance or P&O crossing. If no ferry is required the price is reduced by £90.
