| Sportsworld Travel | 01235 554844 |  Sportsworld is the official ticket agent/tour operator for the games, and the only UK company authorised to order tickets from the Beijing organising committee (BOCOG), which it does in batches on a monthly basis according to demand. At the start of the year (2008) they were warning that heavy demand means tickets are in short supply. A number of the premium sports or events, such as Ceremonies, Swimming and Cycling (Track), are already fully sold out. Their range of packages, including airport transfers, hotel accommodation and visa, but not international flights or event tickets, start from £850 for 4 nights. |
