| Research Tips: | * | George Clooney is involved in a $3 billion/25-acre real estate project in Las Vegas called Las Ramblas, which will include among its 11 towers, a 5-star luxury hotel, luxury residences (both condo and condo-hotel), bungalows, spa and health club, nightlife, dining, shopping, a major casino and, after its Barcelona namesake, the city's first-ever, open air pedestrian promenade. George says (Aug 05) he is also talking to other celebrities such as Brad Pitt about their involvement. |
