Longstanding and popular 5-day eco-event celebrating sustainable living and centered around Europe's biggest solar powered stage! In Nov 2007, after 25 years its future was in doubt and they were trying to stave off bankruptcy. The latest news is that there won't be a festival in 08, but they hope to restart in 2009, probably . | |||

Started in 1999, with 150 people in a field with a farmer's trailor for a stage. Now it has grown by word of mouth into a popular family festival with loads of activities and good bands. You don't get to know where it is until you buy a ticket, and you don't know who is playing till you get there - don't ask me why! | |||
