LIST: CITY JOGGING TOURS (SIGHTJOGGING)
SightJogging - a combination of sightseeing and jogging. It's a great way to explore a city and keep fit at the same time, especially if you are an enthusiastic jogger already. The idea is you pre-book your jog, solo or in a group, with a trainer/guide who will take you on the scenic route and point out places of interest along the way. There are a couple of extra benefits too - Security, you'll probably feel a lot safer running the streets of a strange city with a local. Geography, you won't get lost. Speed, you'll take in a lot more than you would on a walking tour!
