LIST: UK TOUR OPERATORS TO AFGHANISTAN

Needless to say, there are not many travel companies taking travellers to Afghanistan these days. Is it safe? Well, I certainly don't think so and recommend staying away (Read what the Foreign Office has to say) but I'm not going to pretend that nobody is taking groups there.

Be Travellers	0845 2874516	Launched Sept 2010 by Mike Griffin & Ollie Kilvert, Be Travellers takes intrepid travellers to Central Asia, including the Wakhan Corridor in north eastern Afghanistan.
Hinterland Travel	01883 743584	Geoff Hann is an expert tour operator to the region and takes small groups to two troublespots: Afghanistan and Iraq.
Secret Compass	n/a	Small pioneering team operating unique and exploratory expeditions to some of the most remote and wild places on earth. Each one off expedition sets out to achieve a purpose within the cultural, historical or geographical context of the locality, and in the case of Afghanistan that means venturing into the Wakhan Corridor from Tajikistan to follow the Oxus river.
