Notes
- Art historian Drs. Kees Kaldenbach runs Private Art Tours, providing a wide range of art and architecture tours in Holland visiting museums, art galleries and architecture sites.
- Families, particularly with young children, should consider visiting Efteling theme park - probably the best, and certainly the most individual theme park in Europe. Its roots are in European fairy tales & myths, with not an American cartoon or movie character to be seen. Stay at the wonderfully eccentric, but slightly expensive Efteling Hotel if possible.
